Venezuelan veterinarian arrested in Spain for drug trafficking … – Terra Colombia

The Spanish Civil Guard arrested a Venezuelan veterinarian, claimed by the United States, which trafficked in drugs through implants that placed puppies, today reported this security.

Andrew LE, 33, was arrested in the province of La Coruña (northwest) for an alleged crime of drug trafficking by the US claimed his extradition.

The liquid arrested carrying heroin from Colombia to the United States by implants which placed puppies, later sent to this country as pets.
