Spanish voters seek another method to determine mayors – TRT Spanish

Madrid, June 21 (EFE) .- A post-election poll Metroscopia for “Country” published in Sunday’s edition shows that between 15 and 17 June from 1,500 interviews, shows that Spanish citizens have welcomed dissatisfaction concerning the covenants of the parties to choose mayors across Spain .

Both supporters of the Popular Party with 82%, Citizens as 64%, are dissatisfied by the election of mayors and both are supporters of governing the most voted, by 92% and the PP voters or 72% of citizens.

Not so the PSOE nor Podemos, who agree with all mayors elected by 52% and 67% respectively and covenants advocate alternative majorities by 73% in training can and by 52% in the PSOE.

According to the survey, rejection is mitigated among voters when they are asked by the mayor of your own municipality. 49% were satisfied with the mayor of his town, compared to 43% who are not.
