Police have closed the Atocha station in Madrid between ten and eleven o’clock this morning because a man traveling on a commuter train, and has already been arrested, threatened to commit suicide with explosives. The EOD have confirmed that the suspected suicide bomber carried no bomb. His backpack was a hijab and a bottle of water. The incident forced to leave the station, has caused material injury to public transport services, and complicated traffic in the city center.
The arrestee is Jamal H., 22 and have Spanish nationality. According to Interior Ministry sources, is in psychiatric treatment for behavioral disorders since 2013 and was not signed as Islamist radical. After his arrest, has expressed remorse for having mounted much fuss

Jamal H. has a criminal record, recent threats, but none related with jihadism. He has an arrest last November 13 by threats and violence against women and since November 15 has a restraining order the victim and the son of this. In December he was admitted to the psychiatric unit of the hospital Gregorio Marañón.
