Lerdo, Durango.- As part of the celebration of World Environment Day, to be held on Friday June 5, the City Hall through the Department of Environment and Ecology, they offer citizens a range of activities, conferences , exhibitions and reforestation, even yesterday launched a photography exhibition in the courtyards of the City Hall.
Even today, Wednesday June 3rd a lecture will be held at the Environmental Education Center, located Forest Nursery into the Lerdo.

On Friday June 5th, trees lerdenses be offered for adoption which is expected to contribute to the Reforestation Campaign 2015, besides presenting dynamic environmental education by Water Culture SAPAL .
These activities will take place in the main square, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
In parallel, Friday , reforestation of native trees in the region will be held at the roundabout located off the Ciclopista Lerdo, from 9:00 in the morning.
To conclude the week, awards were given to the students, exhibitors and schools participating in the Week of World Environment Day, as well as information packs for environmental education at primary and secondary schools in the municipality.
