Marine Rescue has suspended Wednesday search tasks developed in the Strait of Gibraltar for the location of a boat with eight people who had sailed from Morocco.
Power Department of the Ministry of Public Works brought to Europa Press that Salvamar Atria, based in Ceuta, which is the vessel that has been developing the work of Search for this Friday has been moved to the autonomous city, it being suspended tasks for today after nightfall. This Thursday will decide on the continuation of the search.
Since this morning a helicopter Marine Salvage and ‘Salvamar Atria’, based in Ceuta, have combed the Strait since it is estimated that the vessel can I found the area of Tangier Med. About 17.30 hours ‘Salvamar Atria’ is located in the water body of a sub-Saharan male in the vicinity of the Perejil Island, while 25 minutes later, at 17.55 hours, has been found on another body in the same area.
