The President of the Catalan Generalitat, Artur Mas, has insisted that the Catalans will vote Nov. 9 on his political future and has said he expects that after consultation the Government understand “what the clamor in Catalonia” and that the problem should resolved “through dialogue.” But attending the Contest XXV Castells (human towers) held in Tarraco Tarragona Arena plaza, has reiterated that the Catalans will vote on 9 November.
“We’ll do it our way, he means political consensus, a positive, constructive right way,” said. “Hopefully once we have voted on November 9 the Spanish Government once understand what the clamor in Catalonia and in one way or another to understand that this is to be resolved through dialogue,” he added.
