The Civil Guard is celebrating various festivities in honor of its patron saint, the Virgen del Pilar. Aviles will be a Mass at noon at the Church of Santa Barbara Llaranes, and thereafter, a Spanish wine will be served at the barracks. A party that is held every year in the avilesino headquarters located in Bustiello in Llaranes, attending numerous people representing political, business and social life of the council. Besides Aviles, acts in honor of the Virgen del Pilar will be going elsewhere in the region avilesina. Thus, in Castrillón, agents assigned to the headquarters Piedras Blancas Civil Guard participate in a solemn mass to be held at
noon in the parish church and immediately a snack will be served at the headquarters of The Castañalona. Dependent agents Salinas headquarters to attend a Mass from the one in the church and soon there will be a banquet at La Colonia.
