Expedientan an agent of the city by a Spanish flag – Infovaticana

The city Council of Barcelona has expedientado a corporal of the town Guard by wearing a wristband with the colors of the flag of Spain while I was on duty and in uniform at a security device of a manifestation. On the tail of the demonstration, at the height of the plaza Urquinaona, was the place of the Urban Guard now expedientado. Both attitudes are considered as serious offences in the law of the local police of catalonia. That same day also defied the order to perform control tasks of the hawking to which he was destined before the demonstration, according to the same report.
If the dossier goes forward to the cape could be punished with the suspension of functions for more than fifteen days and less than a year and the loss proportion of your salary. It could also be moved to another job, according to consists in the regime of disciplinary measures of the law of the local police of Catalonia.
