Madrid, June 13 ( EFE ) .- At eleven o’clock start at the Plenary Hall of the Palacio de Cibeles the act of constitution the new corporation in the city of Madrid and election and inauguration of the new mayor or mayor of the city.

As reported by the Consistory in a note, the constitution of the Council of Elders initiated the act reading, by the Secretary General of the House of the Corporation, Article 195 of the Organic Law 5/85 of 19 June General Elections.

If none reached that figure, It will be proclaimed mayor the candidate who heads the list that had won more popular votes.

Then the ruler chosen will move to the Presidential Committee, which is expected to yield the floor to the representatives of the four groups represented city.

At the end of the interventions of the four representatives of citizen groups, PSOE , Now Madrid and PP will be the intervention of the mayor of the City Madrid.
